I'd like to thank you and your staff for providing excellent service for our recent event, "Corks in the Concourse". It was once again a true pleasure to work with your employees. Everyone on the staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure our event ran smoothly. Each person was pleasant, professional, and friendly. they Represent your company very well. In addition, Linda was great to work with as we planned the event.

Happy New Year,
I just wanted to thank you all for the excellent catering at our wedding in October. The food was great and there were many compliments! The highest rated items were the cookies and the sorbet, but the fajitas were also well received. I think a lot of people were delighted to have something different at a wedding, instead of the basic meat and potatoes usually offered at weddings. Bill and I didn't really eat much, but what we were able to get was really great! We took the remaining cookies with us to Hawaii, and snacked on them during our honeymoon.
The linens really made the room look special for me! The room was so colorful, it didn't look like any other wedding I've ever been to, and that was really important to me. I wish I could have stopped in before the ceremony to answer any last minute questions, but the time flew too fast that day! You did an excellent job, and I guess some of my relatives made some last minute decisions for me. It all turned out in the end. Plus, I was pleased afterwards when the crew cleaned and packaged everything up for us and made the moving process as easy on us as possible. It was still a little crazy at the end, but I can't imagine if we had still had to pack up all the centerpieces ourselves!
Good luck in the New Year, we wish you lots more weddings! And we will definitely recommend you to others looking to throw wonderful catered events, especially weddings!

You guys did such a wonderful job at the wedding, i cant even tell you!! The food was perfect the service was even better and the atmosphere was impeccable. You run a well oiled machine my friend!!! I don't even really know how to thank you, it was my dream come true that is about all i can say. You guys handled every situation that came up and kept everyone pleased throughout the evening especially tom and i which was the most important!!! So all in all, besides being locked out of my ceremony, which wasn't your issue, it was all so WONDERFUL. Please give your staff and chefs and yourself a pat on the back, because you guys are great. Thank you so much for all of your attentiveness and making me feel like i was your only bride, which we both know wasn't the case. Thank you for making all of the changes to the menu and schedule to suite me, it was greatly appreciated.
