Basil Place, a 50-acre location in Geauga County, can accommodate 2 to 250 guests interested in having a one-of-a-kind event. The site, created primarily to support couples celebrating their nuptials, is also accessible for wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies of all kinds, anniversaries, birthday celebrations, and corporate gatherings. The venue is tucked away in a small, private space in Munson Township and provides the following.
- A residence with 15,000 square feet
- A carriage house of 3,000 square feet
- A 6,000 square foot, recently refurbished barn with enough for 250 people
- A barn-attached patio with a western exposure where you can watch gorgeous sunsets
- Two sizable ponds that make for lovely weddings and other occasions that can be documented on camera
